The International Shark Attack File lists 1,032 documented shark attacks in the U.S. since 1690. Fifty were fatal. Florida leads the world in the number of shark attacks annually.
Wah lau eh. So many shark attacks and the people are still not scared ah!?! Still have the guts to carry on swimming in the very same waters that many people had lost their lives in. o_o
So even though we in SG, we complain about the dirty sea water, but at least there are no lurking predators in the waters!
Now i feel queasy thinking about the fact of sharks attacking people and biting off their body parts. T_T

No more impulse shopping!
Saturdays at the office can be quite boring. Zzzzz.
Really no mood to do anything wan lor. Maybe do abit of paperwork and slack all the way, hehe~!
Went to Robinsons sale again last night with darling Meizhen, Rin and bf. This time, although i had more time to shop, i didn't really buy anything other than some snacks. :/
Was tempted to buy a couple of stuff, but i was able to resist the impulse buying. Was at Venus with the girls before heading to expo, and i was taking my time deciding which design of artificial nails i want to buy, and ended up not buying becos i finally realized that i didn't really like it, so if i were to buy, i am just 勉强-ing myself!
This also happened when i was choosing a Lasenza bra too. $20 only lor. I really wanted to get 1, but couldn't find a design i like! Ended up not buying, becos i thought to myself that i won't be wearing it so often since i prefer to wear strapless bras.
This indecisiveness saved me money ok!
All of us headed to Bedok 85 for late dinner cum supper and really satisfied ourselves FULLY! Ordered a lot of food wor.
Minced meat noodles, carrot cake, fried oyster, sambal stingray, chix wings and cockles! Wah, i super long never eat cockles le wor. Seldom get the chance to eat it too becos bf doesn't like it. Lucky MZ got same tastes as me! ^_^

Went to the Burberry sales yesterday with Jimmy. Zzzzz can! The queue was fucking long and nothing caught my eye at all. NOTHING. Don't know what is with all the crazy people rushing for redundant stuff like cold weather coats. -_-"
I went there with the purpose to get mummy a wallet for her upcoming birthday, but i saw nothing nice. :/ I rather buy from Queen's Ave in Tampines 1.
But then, the discounts are really huge la. 40%-80% discount. I saw a bag at $5,500 with 80% so its $1,100? Considered much much cheaper, but then all those on sale are probably stocks that couldn't sell out in the first place. So don't expect it to be so nice luh.

You know, i am actually glad that my x-boss in my previous company asked me to leave (after 2 months working there). First of all, i was the only local there, and getting paid higher than the rest, he is sure to prefer getting Malaysian employees, since they can speak melayu too.
I spoke with my ex-colleagues and they did not get any damn bonus at all!!! The only extras they got was probably about extra 10% of their salary! Like WTF!?! Like $100+ only!!!?!?!!!

Sunway Annual Dinner 2009 (30-Jan-10)
Finally, the night of my company's Annual Dinner is here! We had been planning for this night a few months ago, and it is finally here! ^-^ Yeh, i know i had been harping on and on about what to wear for the dinner.
I totally loved my dress and the stockings i paired it with! :) One of my colleagues told me that last year, 1 staff even wore slippers to the dinner! O_O I won't do that, becos this is like the ONLY chance that i can actually da pan pretty pretty infront of my fellow colleagues. Everyday go work also no chance to da pan. XD
Met with Shiyim and Xiaohui at Tampines before we cabbed down together. I was late becos i only started dressing up at 4.30pm and i was supposed to meet them about 5.15pm. As usual la hor? :p

Extra $200 gained!
A shitload of photos were taken at my company's Annual Dinner on saturday night. Just the dinner ALONE is about 200 photos. Photos taken at Boiler not even added in yet! O_O!
Crazy mannz! We are such camwhores!!! (Or maybe it was just me. :X)
I will blog about the whole night when i have uploaded ALL the photos. I'm sure it is going to take a freaking long time. Although i have already uploaded all to my Facebook. If you are my friend in FB, you can view it there!
Anyway, i won $200 in the lucky draw. To think i thought i stood a chance for the top 5 prizes. :(

How chio a girl can look also depends on the girl's confidence, if you feel good about yourself, everything is good, but when you feel shitty and ugly, no matter how and what, you will look shitty and ugly on photos even if you are photogenic!

I didn't curl or style my hair becos i wanted to leave it naturally straight and long!
If i were to curl it, the length will be shorter, which is what i don't want. Long hair good to cover unnecessary exposure of cleavage. :X

That idiot took revenge on me. The weekend before the last (that just past), i made him buy food for me while i nua-ed at home. And yesterday, he made me buy both lunch and dinner! I cycled (yes i cycled!) so far, and bought so much food! Maybe dinner doesn't count since we ordered Mac, but i paid for it! :/ I had to make up to him becos i "abandoned" him on saturday night for my coy's dinner and Boiler. -_-"

3 x $50!
Omfg.
First day of getting salary and bonus, straightaway go to Bugis to shop le! I used up 3 $50 notes, but then it includes our dinner, the Chewy Juniors i bought for bf (and me) and clothes for bf (and me). :D
Not that i am really desperate to shop luh. It is becos both Shiyim and i need to find a nice dress for our company's annual dinner! And we have to get it before Saturday!
As Meizhen finish work slightly later, both of us went there on our own first. And we shopped till MZ and Rin dropped by to Bugis to meet us.
Previous times i went to Bugis, i always restrict myself to maybe spending about $50 plus/minus, but yesterday it was really a shopping spree lor. I see what i like, don't care, just buy! ~hehehe! The difference between got money and no money! XD Everything $10-$15 only! :D
Scouted many shops before deciding on a black/pink lace overlay dress for the dinner ~ very chio! When Shiyim and i headed to Illuma to meet MZ and the rest, i saw this shop selling nice dresses on sale!
At first, i saw the price tag as $40, and was reluctant becos of the price, but its so niceeeeee! Lucky i did not listen to MZ and went ahead to (attempt) try the dress, but the salesgirl said i am unable to try it, that is when i found out the dress is $15 only, which is why there is no trying! Freaking cheap can!!!
lucky this dress can "accommodate" my front without revealing too much, heh!
Bought 3 t-shirts for bf as well. Dirt cheap luh. 3 for $10! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?! It is 1 for $6 and 3 for $10!!! O_O Initially, i just wanted to get 1 L/S shirt for him, but seeing that 3 for $10 is much better, i bought 3. The t-shirts are quite nice lei! XD

I love my company so much can. Each and everyone of the 50 staff going to the dinner gets a lucky draw prize, just depending on how much is it. The least being $130, then $180, $200, then the top 5 prizes. ALL IN COLD HARD CASH!!! And if you decide to join the karaoke contest, and even if you do not win, you get $50 for singing that 5 mins!
Yesyes, in this world, money is everything, so thankfully my coy is very practical. :D
